Botanically speaking, grape is a berry from woody vines. It is usually split into two categories: table grapes and wine grapes. Cultivation of grapes started 6 to 8 thousand years ago in the Near East (Georgia). Table grapes are eaten fresh and often display large, seedless fruit with relatively thin skin. White Grape Italia is a white table grape, with large, elongated and particularly crunchy grains. It has a bright green colour and its flavour has an excellent balance between sweet and sour.
Rich in vitamins A, B, C and K, grapes also contain many nutrients, polyphenols and fructose easily absorbed by the body. Grape is very low in saturated fats, cholesterol and sodium.
