The Nashi Hosui is a variety of pear originated in Japan. ''Nashi'' can be translated by ''pear'' in Japanese. Golden-bronze colored and shaped like an apple, it is often called ''apple-pear''. Considered a high quality juicy and sweet fruit, Nashi Hosui combines the crunchiness of the apple and the sweetness of the pear. Botanically speaking, grape is a berry from woody vines. It is usually split into two categories: table grapes and wine grapes. Cultivation of grapes started 6 to 8 thousand years ago in the Near East (Georgia). Table grapes are eaten fresh and often display large, seedless fruit with relatively thin skin. Black grapes Muscat de Hambourg are grown in Vaucluse, France. Bunches are large as well as berries. They are know to be juicy with a pleasant juicy and slightly musky pulp.
Pears are an excellent, healthy part of the diet. They contain fiber, which helps the digestive system work smoothly and may help lower cholesterol levels. They also contain calcium, iron, protein, antioxidants and vitamin C. Rich in vitamins A, B, C and K, grapes also contain many nutrients, polyphenols and fructose easily absorbed by the body. Grape is very low in saturated fats, cholesterol and sodium.
