Cavendish banana is originated in equatorial areas of Ivory Coast where soils, quantity and distribution of rainfall, and temperatures produce combinations of suitable conditions for a sweet and tasty banana. The West African banana is slightly smaller and sweeter compared with its starchier Latin American counterpart. Red Williams pears are bell shaped with thin red skin. Inside, they have pale white, juicy flesh. Its white flesh is fine and juicy and its perfume is slightly musky.

They are a very good source of vitamin B6 and C as well as minerals such as magnesium, selenium, potassium (efficient against cramps), biotin and copper.
