Cavendish banana is originated in equatorial areas of Ivory Coast where soils, quantity and distribution of rainfall, and temperatures produce combinations of suitable conditions for a sweet and tasty banana. The West African banana is slightly smaller and sweeter compared with its starchier Latin American counterpart. Navel oranges are medium or medium-large sized and round in shape. They have small navels, from which they get their name, and which are actually very small, undeveloped fruits. The orange-green, mostly smooth and thin rind hides flesh that is relatively juicy and sweet.
Banana contain fibers, carbohydrates, soluble sugars and sucrose. They are a very good source of vitamin B6 and C as well as minerals such as magnesium, selenium, potassium (efficient against cramps), biotin and copper. Navel oranges are high in Vitamin C. Health benefits include strengthening of heart condition and overall of the immune system.
