TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to WHAT'sIN website (the ''Site''). Access to use of WHAT'sIN Site and associated services are available to you according to the following Terms & Conditions and any other rules that may be posted on the website. WHAT'sIN reserves the right to make changes to the Site related policies and agreements, the Privacy Statement and the present Terms & Conditions at any time. You are invited to check the Site occasionally to check changes or updates made on the present policies and agreements, the Privacy Statement and the Terms & Conditions. By using WHAT'sIN services, such as placing orders on the present Site, you are agreeing to all of the following Terms & Conditions. 

 

Eligibility

In order to place orders with WHAT'sIN, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

  1. To provide personal and payment details (as indicated on the Site) that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate;
  2. To be in possession of a valid credit/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to WHAT’sIN for payment, or be in possession of a valid PayPal account.

Upon placing an order with WHAT’sIN, you authorize WHAT’sIN to process a charge on your credit/debit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order, including shipping costs (if applicable). You also expressly authorize us to use the information provided to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, when required, transmit or receive information about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may or may not keep a record of such information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to further understand how we use your information.

Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Excluding obvious cases or error, all WHAT’sIN will honor the prices set during the time your order is accepted; however, we reserve the right to rectify any errors at our discretion. Upon discovering a pricing issue with your order, WHAT’sIN will contact you as soon as possible to either reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you as such.

For credit/debit cards not denominated in HKD, the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your card-issuing bank depending on the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank processes the transaction.

Payment

We accept payment through the following channels: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

If you pay using one of the above credit/debit card or online methods, you confirm that the card(s) or account used is your own, or that you have been authorized to use it by its owner. If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment to WHAT’sIN, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel your order, and will contact you immediately to inform you and resolve this issue. 


Order Confirmation

Prices and other information of goods presented on the Site is only an invitation for offer, and your order shall be treated as an offer. All orders placed through the Site are subject the WHAT’sIN’s acceptance. Your order is accepted by WHAT’sIN, and thus forming a purchase contract between WHAT’sIN and yourself, only when WHAT’sIN sends you a confirmation email that the product(s) you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only the product(s) listed in the confirmation email are included in the contract formed.

WHAT’sIN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, pursuant to these Terms & Conditions or any other legitimate reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. Such reasons include, but not limited to:

  1. The product ordered is out of stock, unavailable due to Force Majeure events, or is withdrawn for various reasons such as failure to meet our quality standards;
  2. Identification of pricing errors;
  3. Problems with payment authorization;
  4. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Should your order be cancelled by WHAT’sIN, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible. If your debit card, credit card bank account or any other third-party payment account has already been charged, WHAT’sIN will issue you a refund to your original purchasing account.

Shipping and Collection

We believe that fresh produce should not be left out on the doorstep, which is why we request that you, or any other authorized person, to personally collect your order when it arrives at your preferred timeslot. Our team will make every effort to deliver at your preferred time slot. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee it will be delivered at those times due to interference from forces out of our control, such as traffic conditions.

SMS notifications are sent to the receiver upon delivery failure to enable easier arrangement of redelivery. One telephone call is all it takes to have us picking up and redelivering parcels at location that customers specify without extra charge.

If the order is undeliverable and depending on the timeslot, it will be delivered later within the day. Otherwise it will be delivered again the next day up to 3 times. Please make sure that someone is there to receive the order. In case of second or third delivery arrangement, we cannot guarantee the freshness of our fruits. Therefore WHAT’sIN is unable to replace the order if you are not satisfied with it.

Delivery Schedule is ensured during bank holidays. However, it might be changed due to extraordinary events, such as natural disasters, which would be announced on our homepage. Deliveries will be postponed until further notice when the Red Rainstorm Signal, Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher is hoisted. 

Returns and Cancellation

We pride ourselves in providing products of high quality to our customers. However, should you find any defect in any product from your order, please contact us immediately at cs@whatsin.hk, and attach photos of the defected product(s). Our representatives will be in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange the collection of the order in its entirely, and to deliver fresh boxes to you.

Should you want to cancel your order for any reason, please inform us at least (7) working days in advance of the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than (7) working days before the scheduled delivery cannot be refunded. You may cancel your order by a) cancelling the order on the website directly or b) emailing support at cs@whatsin.hk.

Your Subscription Contract

By choosing to purchase a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Our subscription offers are made so that you can skip without any charge an upcoming weekly delivery as late as 11.59pm on the Sunday prior to your weekly delivery date. To do so, you only need to log in and chose ''skip shipment'' related to your upcoming shipment date in your Subscriptions Management page.  

To modify or cancel your subscription, you must log in to your user account at https://whatsin.hk/account

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
