When available in stock, we are happy to propose Next Day delivery for your Fruit and Vegetable Baskets. Cut-off time for Next Day deliveries is 4 pm. You can check availability for your fruit basket delivery directly on your cart page on the website. If you have a doubt, you can contact us at cs@whatsin.hk / (+852) 2178 2229/ Whatsapp: (+852) 6018 9221.

We do not deliver on Mondays and Sundays.

When you go for every 1 or 2 weeks fruit/vegetable box delivery plan, the usual order process is as follows in the example. For a delivery planned on Friday, the payment for your fruit/vegetable basket would generally occur on the Sunday before your delivery.

If you crave for a specific fruit or vegetable, you may want to check out our A La Carte page which enables you to select your favorite fruits and vegetables in smaller quantities (generally from 125g to 500g). If you have subscribed to one (or more) of our surprise boxes, you can contact us before Sunday 4PM the week before your delivery, and we will be happy to add your selected fruits/vegetables or nuts to your upcoming delivery, with a 10% discount and without any delivery charge.

All orders are limited to one destination per purchase order.

For top freshness, we recommend our customers to get delivered on Friday. We do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. To know more about our delivery days, please check the calendar entries in your cart.
If availability is not explicitly indicated in the calendar date choices, you may also get in touch with us through our

Whatsapp number (+852) 6018 9221 and through our Office number at (+852) 2178 2229 or by email at cs@whatsin.hk to explore possible options for delivery.

The earliest you can book for a delivery is the next day. However, same day delivery may also be available for an additional fee and depending on feasibility. Simply contact us so that we may arrange it together.

We do not deliver during bank holidays, (please check the calendar entries in your cart). When extraordinary events occur, such as natural disasters, we can not ensure deliveries. When T8 signal is reached for instance, we do not deliver.

Lastly, due to the impact of Covid-19 on air traffic, we may need to adjust our local delivery schedule based on logistical constraints that may occur from time to time.

WHAT'sIN Fruit Box Typhoon Alert
We propose 3 delivery timeslots to most areas in Hong Kong.

Otherwise, for specific locations listed below, we propose a single timeslot from 2pm to 6pm:

WHAT'sIN Timeslots

If you have a last minute emergency after having confirmed your delivery date and timeslot, you can contact the Customer Service Center of our logistics partners Kerry Logistics (+852) 2211 9700, or SF Express (+852) 2730 0273 to arrange a new delivery timeslot. Your assigned delivery company is indicated in the shipping information sent to you by email.

SMS notifications are sent to the receiver upon delivery failure. This will enable an easier arrangement of re-delivery. One telephone call is all it takes to have our fruit box re-delivered without extra charge. If the order is undeliverable, our logistics partner will deliver again later in the day, depending on the timeslot. Please make sure someone is there to recieve the order.

In case of a second delivery arrangement, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the fruits and vegetables. Therefore WHAT'sIN is unable to replace the order if you are not satisfied with it.

When you subscribe for WHAT'sIN Weekly Subscriptions (every 1 or 2 weeks), you select the weekly delivery day and timeslot that you would prefer. These preferred delivery details will automatically be recorded in our system. If you want to modify the weekly delivery date and time, please contact us through our Whatsapp number (+852) 6018 9221 or by email at cs@whatsin.hk.

We set up payments for Weekly Subscriptions on Sundays - between 6 and 7pm - for deliveries that will take place on the upcoming Friday, our recommended day for maximum freshness as we receive our products on Thursday. However, if you prefer to schedule delivery on another day, please let us know and we will set it up accordingly. You may also access payments settings when logged into your account, in your ''Manage Subscription'' page. Please be aware that all Dates indicated in your profile correspond to Payment dates, always set up on Sundays. As a reminder, your weekly Delivery day and Timeslot are the ones mentioned in your initial purchase or by your instruction when you contact us by Whatsapp or email.

We understand how fragile some fruits and vegetables can be, and strive to handle them with maximum attention from harvest to final delivery.

We also take great satisfaction in proposing tasty and extra-fresh fruits and veggies to our customers. It usually takes between 72 and 96 hours from harvest to final delivery at your door-step.

To ensure their physical integrity and guarantee their freshness, WHAT’sIN fruit and vegetable boxes are transported in a chilled environment. Despite these actions, if you encounter an issue with the quality of your fruits or vegetables, please contact us through our Whatsapp number (+852) 6018 9221 or by email at cs@whatsin.hk within 24 hours after scheduled delivery. We will require pictures with clear evidence in case of a problem. We usually propose a replacement of the problematic goods in the next order you may place (or in your next shipment if you have a Weekly Subscription).

Once your box has been handed over to our logistics partners and if there is miscommunication between the delivery company and your concierge or yourself, WHAT’sIN shall not be responsible for any issue resulting from such miscommunication and therefore will not be liable for any compensation.
