When available in stock, we are happy to propose Next Day delivery for your Fruit Baskets. Cut-off time for Next Day deliveries is 4 pm. You can check availability for your fruit basket delivery directly on your cart page on the website. If you have a doubt, you can contact us at cs@whatsin.hk / (+852) 2178 2229.

We do not deliver on Mondays and Sundays. 

When you go for every 1 or 2 weeks fruit box delivery plan, the usual order process is as follows in the example. For a delivery planned on Saturday of Week W, we open orders on Monday 00:00 am and close them on Sunday 11:59 pm of Week W-1. The payment for your fruit basket would generally occur on Monday, the same week of your delivery.  

If you crave for a specific fruit, you may want to try our SOLO&DUO Fruit boxes page composed of 1 or 2 varieties of fruits. If you contact us before Sunday midnight the week before your delivery, we will be happy to add your selected SOLO or DUO Fruit Box to your upcoming delivery, without any delivery charge.

Lastly, if you are a big fan of a specific fruit, you can contact us at cs@whatsin.hk to enquire if you could get it delivered directly to your place or office. If feasible and in season, we'll be happy to look into it and come back to you with a proposal.

For top freshness, we recommend our customers to get delivered on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday. We also deliver on other days of the week depending on availability. To know about availability, please check the calendar entries in your cart.

We do not deliver during bank holidays, please check the calendar entries in your cart. When extraordinary events occur, such as natural disasters, we can not ensure deliveries. When T8 signal is reached for instance, we do not deliver.

ABSENCE SMS NOTIFICATIONS

If you have a last minute emergency while delivery date and time were confirmed, you can contact the Customer Service Center of our partner Yamato Logistics to arrange a new delivery time at (+852) 2829 2222.

SMS notifications are sent to the receiver upon delivery failure. This will enable for an easier arrangement of re-delivery. One telephone call is all it takes to have our fruit box re-delivered without extra charge. If the order is undeliverable, our partner Yamato Logistics will deliver again later in the day, depending on the timeslot. Otherwise it will be delivered again the following day up to 3 times. Please make sure that someone is there to receive the order.

In case of second or third delivery arrangement, we cannot guarantee the freshness of our fruits. Therefore WHAT’sIN is unable to replace the order if you are not satisfied with it.

ACCOUNT LOG IN & ORDERS

When you subscribe for WHAT'sIN Weekly Auto-Renew offer, you enter the weekly delivery day and time that you would prefer. These preferred delivery details will automatically be recorded in our system. If you want to modify the weekly delivery date and time, please contact us at cs@whatsin.hk.   

We usually set up payments for Weekly Auto-Renew on Mondays for deliveries on Saturday, our recommended day for maximum freshness. However if you prefer payments to occur on another day, please let us know and we will set it up accordingly. You may also access payments settings when logged in, in your ''Manage Subscription'' page. 

FRESHNESS AND CARE

We understand how fragile can be some fruits and strive to handle them with maximum attention from harvest to final delivery.

We also take great satisfaction in proposing tasty and extra-fresh fruits to our customers. It usually takes between 72 and 96 hours from harvest to final delivery at your door-step.

To ensure their physical integrity and guarantee their freshness, WHAT’sIN fruit boxes are transported in chilled environment.

Satisfied or Refunded: despite these actions, if you encounter an issue with the quality of your fruits, please contact us at cs@whatsin.hk or at (+852) 2178 2229 within 48 hours after scheduled delivery. We propose direct refund or replacement in your next order but would require pictures and would organize collection of the fruit box for inspection.
