The variety is only produced in Italy and California. Braeburn apple takes its name from Braeburn Hill in New Zealand, where it was born in 1950. In France, this apple is the fourth most consumed apple after the Golden, Gala and Granny Smith varieties. It is a subtle blend of flavors and scents that makes it yummy and refreshing. Its pulp is tender, juicy and fairly sweet.
