Peaches are native to Northwest China in that region located just next to the northern slopes of Himalaya. It was further introduced into Persia (current Iran) before being widespread in Europe. White Peach is very sweet with little acidity. This variety comes in June, is hairless, and round fruit. It is a velvety fruit with sweeter and crunchy texture compared to regular peaches.
